Eugene R. Furnace

Eugene is a double board-certified nurse practitioner in family medicine (FNP) and psychiatry (PMHNP), certified men's health educator (CMHE), and minister. He is the founder of Third John Health Corporation and a recognized leader in men's health systematically integrating physical, psychological, and spiritual well-being. He works with men to implement preventive care plans, manage chronic conditions, and overcome health challenges. His work as an undergraduate and graduate professor has refined his ability to translate complex medical ideas into understandable and actionable strategic plans.

A country boy and nerd at heart, Eugene enjoys outdoor activities, good eats, comic cons, and live performances with family and friends.

Kenneth Chinchilla
APRN, PMHNP-BC

Kenneth is a husband, father, and veteran with a passion for mental health that began during his service in the United States Marine Corps. He was worked with adults and children providing a safe space to address trauma, depression, anxiety, anger outbursts, ADHD, and other challenges. In addition to his work in psychiatry, Kenneth is an award-winning body builder who understands the benefits physical activity can have on mental health. He incorporates his experiences with exercise and diet into comprehensive plans to help people achieve their goals. Kenneth provides services in English and Spanish.

When not serving professionally, Kenneth serves his family and enjoys family pizza nights, video games, traveling with his wife, and coaching his son's soccer team.

Cary R. Cole
APRN, FNP-C
Hormone and Peptide Specialist

An Arizona native, Cary’s path to healthcare began with service in the United States Marine Corps, followed by years as a firefighter/paramedic and pediatric ICU nurse. He later earned his Master of Science in Nursing from Vanderbilt University and is a board-certified nurse practitioner.

Cary’s approach to medicine centers on preventive health and performance optimization, combining evidence-based practice with a deep understanding of hormone balance, weight management, and peptide science. Guided by faith and grounded in family, he and his wife are raising three children while continually seeking new ways to test physical limits and strengthen mental grit.
